Eating Healthy at a Restaurant

You CAN eat healthy even when you are eating out. Substitute the soup with a salad, skip the complimentary bread or chips completely, get veggies instead of potato products and do lemon water instead of soda. Check out below. On the left is what I would normally would have eaten and on the right is what I ate tonight. Losing weight the hard and permanent way!
