Brownie/Cheesecake: *NEW*
1) 2 Scoops Vi-Shake
2) 8oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
3) 1 TB F/F S/F Cheesecake pudding powder
4) 100 Calorie pack of brownies - or 100 calories worth of homemade
Blend and drool.  So amazing.  My new fav!

Chocolate Fudge Graham
1) 2 scoops Vi-shape
2) 6-8 ice cubes
3) 8oz milk
4) 1 sheet graham crackers
5) 1 TSP Chocolate Fudge Pudding Powder
Blend and enjoy. So yum! I added 1/3 cup of spinach to give it more protein. 

Vanilla Hulk
1) 2 scoops Vi-shape
2) 6-8 ice cubes
3) 8oz milk
4) 4-6 vanilla wafers (low fat)
5) 1 tsp vanilla extract
6) 1/3 cup raw spinach


Chocolate Peanut Butter:
1) 1 TB PB2 or Peanut Butter
2) 1 TB Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3) 8 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
4) 2 Scoops Vi-Shake Mix
5) 6-8 Ice Cubes
Blend and enjoy!  Add some spinach for added protein :)

Grape/Berry Blast:
1) 2 Scoops Vi-Shake Mix
2) Handful of frozen berries
3) 8 oz Grape Juice
4) Ice cubes to taste but frozen berries act as Ice..so add slowly
So good!

Orange Delight:  A really simple shake you can make in a blender bottle
1) 2 Scoops Vi-Shake Mix
2) 8 oz Orange Juice
3) 6-8 Ice Cubes
Simple and delicious!

Chocolate Cake Batter:
1) 2 Scoops Vi-Shake Mix
2) 8 oz Unsweetened Almond Milk
3) 1 TB Chocolate Fudge Fat Free/Sugar Free Instant Pudding Powder
4) 1/2 Teaspoon Butter Flavoring
5) 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
6) 6-8 Ice Cubes
Tastes exactly like the name :)
